Dave Brubeck's nativity cantata, Fiesta de la Posada featuring orchestra, chorus, soloists, with the incomparable Brubeck Brothers Quartet who will add some jazz sets of their own to the evening.
The YSO Chamber Orchestra launches a series of Bach cantata performances with guests Soprano, Robin Fisher, and Yakima native, John Cozza along with the Yakima Symphony Chorus. The program includes the dedication of our new harpsichord.
On the cusp of a major career, Bachauer Competition Winner Stephen Beus returns from an international tour to bring his virtuosity to Liszt's trail blazing First Piano Concerto, and the YSO answers with the world shattering Symphony No. 5 of Ludwig van Beethoven.
